Leadership Coaching

What is Coaching?
Coaching is, put simply, a conversation with purpose. As an athlete looks to their coach for support, to be challenged and stretched to their potential, so to do leaders look to their coach.
There are 3 key steps to any coaching engagement with me:
1. Introspection.
What does 'today' look like? What is working? I use a breadth of psychometric assessment to measure EQ (including your motivation, emotional navigation, patterns, optimism), success factors (such as your wellbeing, decision-making, satisfaction in your work) and brain profile (what skills does your brain favour? Are you more analytical, visionary, risk averse, and how does this style impact your leadership ability?).
2. Intention.
What does 'tomorrow' look like? What does success look like and what is the pathway to get there? We look at your goals, values and your 'why' and map ways to live a life that aligns with them.
3. Impact.
What impact are you currently having on those around you? What impact do you want to have? What would you like people to say about you when you leave the room? How are you demonstrating empathy and utilising leadership skills and frameworks to have the impact you choose to have?

The Transform Package
Are you ready to be the best version of yourself? At work, at home, and everywhere in between?
This is the package for you if you:

are, or want to be, a purpose-led leader

have your sights set on the next step in your career to be more impactful, or move into a more senior role

need support creating and honouring your boundaries (what is okay and what is not okay)

want more leadership skills and strategies that you can implement straight away to be a more effective, empathetic leader

are ready to be a leader that people want to do more for, rather than you having to direct 'task traffic' (be a lighthouse, not a tugboat!)

want to define your values, and live a life that aligns with them

are ready to commit at least 1 hour per fortnight to your personal and professional development, to step beyond your current thinking into a new, bigger, brighter future.
What's included:

A full SEI Leading Through Change Report to establish your current state

A 90 minute 'kick off' session to debrief your results, establish your goals, and start your coaching
-
Fortnightly 60 minute 1-1 coaching sessions to move you closer to your goals, or work on what will move the needle for you (in Brisbane or virtual)

Up to 30 minutes of phone calls, texts or emails on the alternating weeks, for a sounding board, guidance or short-form coaching as challenges arise

Additional Brain Profile reporting, as required, to establish your brain's preferred way of working and leverage it

A full SEI Leading Through Change report at the end of the 12 weeks to establish progress and next steps.
The Perform Package
Do you have a new leadership role and want support to hit the ground running? Perhaps you're new to leadership and need to set strong foundations.
This is the package for you if you:

are in the midst of a transition (from parental leave, into a new role, with a new team or particular challenge or change)

want a boost to propel you into the leadership space, ready to lead with purpose, aligned with your boundaries and values
-
struggle with confidence and impostor syndrome and want to finesse how you present yourself and your personal brand to those around you

can commit to a session every 2-3 weeks, plus homework tasks to keep your momentum going and to integrate your learnings.

A 90 minute 'kick off' session to debrief your results, establish your goals, and start your coaching

Four 60 minute 1-1 coaching sessions to work on key areas of focus or learn leadership skills and frameworks that you can implement immediately.
