Coaching

1:1 coaching is one of the fastest ways to see benefits in leadership, EQ and overall effectiveness. We take a 3-phase approach:

  1. Introspection. Spend time assessing your current state, incorporating relevant psychometric assessments.

  2. Intention. Where do you choose to be? What does success look like?

  3. Impact. How can you purposefully influence the people around you? How do you want to be spoken about when you leave?

Facilitation

Are you part of a team who is ready to level-up? Perhaps a newly formed team, or a leadership team without formalised leadership training? Whatever the case, getting key people into the same room to focus on leadership skills, team building, workshopping, debriefing psychometric assessments or developing strategy is significantly enhanced with an impartial facilitator.

With experience presenting in front of large audiences and a passion for storytelling, engaging me to present to your audience will guarantee energy, laughter and thought-provoking content so every audience-member leaves with something they can implement straight away.
